Common Areas
All common areas are for the use of Hampton Woods residents.
Community support to pick up trash at the park is appreciated by all.
In November of 2024 the winter storm destroyed the roof of the Gazebo.
The HOA Board is currently considering a number of options in that space.
Please be mindful to pick up your trash when visiting the Common Area.
Sports Courts Rules
Reservations are NOT allowed. Courts are used on First Come - First Serve basis.
Time Limit: Play is restricted to 1 hour or until the current game concludes, whichever comes first when others are waiting.
Footwear: Only court shoes are allowed.
Lock Code: For the tennis court - 1991.
Playset for children
Is available for residents use.
