Dues

Hampton Woods HOA relies on dues to pay for various HOA functions, including maintenance and repair of the Common areas, insurance, website, accounting, social events and reserves for capital improvements.

Dues are assessed on April 1st each year. Invoices are sent electronically and by U.S. Mail to each homeowner.
